Shipping Information:

Orders will be shipped within 5-15 days of receipt. Puella cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Please make sure to submit an active email address when placing orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Puella prides itself on exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your items, returns will be accepted. However, we do have policies that must be adhered to:

Returns received within 14 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchanged. Merchandise after 14 days will not be eligible for either a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in saleable condition.

For the health and safety of our employees, no returns or worn items will be accepted. We do not accept returns on intimate garments containing a crotch unless it is returned with all tags intact.
